Birmingham City Council: financial planning tool

Following on from the needs assessment work, Cassiopeia has been commissioned to develop a financial planning tool to support the Supporting People Commissioning Body with decisions around commissioning priorities, pace of change and strategic focus. The tool uses information on likely prices of different service developments, current budget levels and levels and nature of unmet need to provide financial impacts of different commissioning options.
