Department for Communities and Local Government: Scoping review of Supporting People Distribution Formula

The SPDF is used to allocate c£1.6b of funding to local authorities through to 2010-11. The review examined the overall design of the formula, the individual components within the formula and the data used to advise CLG whether a more substantive update of the formula should be undertaken.
