Case study: Thames Reach Bondway

Thames Reach Bondway (TRB) is a charity that provides end-to-end services to rough sleepers across London. Many of its services - from homeless hostels through to floating support - are commissioned by London Boroughs through the Supporting People programme.
Cassiopeia delivered a rapid review of TRB's resettlement service. The review identified key areas of improvement in the structure, organisation and delivery of resettlement across TRB's family of services. The review formed the basis of negotiations with commissioners. The recommendations of the review have been implemented in full by TRB.
