Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea: Supporting People five year strategy

September 2007 to April 2008

Kensington and Chelsea commissioned Chris O'Leary, Mark Goldup, Nigel Rogers and Phil Saunders to develop its third five year Supporting People strategy. The project involved extensive stakeholder consultation, needs assessment and drafting the strategy.
