Case study: Bedfordshire County Council

The County Council's Supporting People team is looking at its commissioning priorities over the next three years. As part of this work, Cassiopeia Consultancy is undertaking needs and commissioning analysis. The analysis uses both quantitative and qualitative data, and stakeholder validation work, to understand the nature of service gaps within the county and help determine what type of new services should be commissioned.
